This spreadsheet makes it incredible simple to track and manage your employees time off, as well as you own, and offers the following features:

  • Template only needs to be purchased one time and can be used for many years to come!
  • Ability to track PTO/Time Off for up to 20, 40, or 60 Employees (depending on the Gig Package you purchase)
  • Ability to track up to 5 different types of Time Off, such as Personal, Vacation, Sick Days, No Shows, and Holidays
  • Support partial PTO days down to quarter day increments (0.25, 0.50, 0.75, 1.0)
  • Built to automatically sum of each type of Time Off days per Employee for the entire year, all you have to do is enter each day into the Data Entry section
  • Ability to keep track of Notes for each time an Employee takes Time Off.
