The Barber Financial Tracker Spreadsheet is a Google Sheet that was designed and built to help individual Barbers manage their business and reach their financial goals. The software was built to support using it over and over for many years to come.

Setup is as simple as entering your name, the year, and the method which you personally use to pay the Barbershop or Salon you work for. You will be able to choose from a Weekly Booth Rent method, where you pay a fixed amount each week to rent your booth in the Barbershop, or a Percent Split method where you pay a variable amount depending on how much revenue you earn each day.

All you need to do is enter in your Daily Revenue and Expenses, and all of the following will be automatically calculated for you:

• Weekly Revenue, Expenses, and Net Income
• Monthly Revenue, Expenses, and Net Income
• Yearly Revenue, Expenses, and Net Income
• Monthly Cash Flow Graph
• Revenue Breakdown Pie Chart
• Average Daily Revenue Graph (from all revenue sources)
• Net Income Walk Graph (profit and loss)
